After attending Coastal Community Church Buck and Joanne Nageli are currently serving at headquarters with New Tribes (Ethnos 360) Missions in Sanford, Florida.

Buck works with the maintenance team and Joanne provides Portuguese discipleship and church planting material to missionaries, translating whatever is needed. Formerly they worked in a tribal setting in Brazil helping to evangelize an unreached people group, as hosts in a guest home, and as dorm parents and teachers in a school for missionary children. They have two grown children.
