Tony Encarnacion was an active member of the Coastal Community Church youth group ministry and his mom, Diana, is a member. Tony works with students, especially foreign students, with the Navigators. He and his team meet one on one and in small groups with students. They host large events to explore the culture and encourage questions from the foreign students. Tony has been on several short-term trips to other countries, notably Japan, England, and Norway.
